Espresso is not a roast, nor a bean type, it is a method of making coffee. In terms of flavor, there are common characteristics that are actively pursued among the espresso lovers: sweetness, body, crema, low acidity and no bitter taste. Voilà. That’s what we have created, a silky smooth blend that is sweet and pleasant with little acidity. Our blend combines two single origin beans, honey processed bourbon and washed bourbon, both from the same Alotepec mountain range.
