THE BEAN
High altitude pacamaras are known to be dense and full bodied, and are sought after in the specialty coffee world.
Once combined with a carefully profiled natural bourbon, aroma fills the space as if cooking chocolate brownies. Flavours revolve around an overall coat like chocolate fudge with layers of caramel, and light caramelized cinnamon.
This coffee has been crafted to work for a wide palette of preferences, for espresso we recommend 18gr for double shot (25-30 sec). V60 delivers a full bodied cup, while Chemex or Clever will make a more medium bodied cup.
